
INFORMATION FOR ONLINE SPEAKERS
Online presentations are going to be trough the ZOOM app. where speakers will share their presentations. In case of agreement we can record your presentation trough the ZOOM app
in advance and play it afterwards as a record.
We ask all speakers to test connection with us on the ZOOM app.
Best solution would be to download an application to your PC because it is safer for both sides than to connect via web browser.
The test day will be 7 September 2021 (Tue) from 13:00–16:00 Central European time UTC +1 hour.

Information about particular ZOOM channels during the conference
You will receive an email day before the conference on the specific ZOOM section. It is important
to connect 15 minutes before the start of the section and stay till the end.
On every section one channel will be used for all speakers and moderators.
If you are not presenting, it is important to have muted microphone. But you can unmute
on the open discussion.
There will be a technician connected to every room and will be there for your assistance.
