Prices include 21 % VAT tax.
The payment must be credited by the date, or the due amount will be updated according
to current period fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email (email@example.com). Cancellation
by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply
Cancellations received / Refund
before 15 May 2021 / full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of 50 EUR will be deducted
from 16 May to 15 August 2021 / 50% of registration fee
from 16 August 2021 / no refund
Name change (substitution within the same company) should be reported in writing to Conference Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org). A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change after 15 August 2021.
