To register for the conference participation,

Prices include 21 % VAT tax.
The payment must be credited by the date, or the due amount will be updated according
to current period fee.
Upgrade and downgrade of participation format
It is possible to upgrade online conference registration to on-site participation, or downgrade from on-site registration to online participation until 27 August 2021. If you want to upgrade or downgrade, please write a request to email@example.com.
In case of both upgrade and downgrade, the fee from the date of your registration will be applied. In case of downgrade from on-site conference registration to online participation, a handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged.
In case we need to cancel the on-site form of the conference and it will take place only online, we will refund the difference between the online and on-site fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancellation
by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply

before 15 May 2021 / full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of 50 EUR will be deducted
from 16 May to 15 August 2021 / 50% of registration fee
from 16 August 2021 / no refund
Name change (substitution within the same company) should be reported in writing to Conference Secretariat (email@example.com). A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change after 15 August 2021.
